Surveyor services are a set of independent expert evaluations of project implementation progress. The objectivity of assessing the project progress allows managing the causes of problems in the project, evaluating the performance of project participants, identifying the risks of missed deadlines, cost overruns and reworks, and effectively managing these risks.

PMBC's service for monitoring and providing informational and analytical support for projects will provide clients with independent and effective control over project management. Within this service, PMBC specialists provide:

development of a project monitoring method that allows obtaining reliable and objective information;
creation and regular updating of the project information model (calendar-network project schedule containing time and cost indicators);
assessment of completed/ongoing work jointly with the Client's employees by analyzing reporting or other project documentation, as well as by visiting the facility where the project is being implemented.
