This service is a comprehensive study of project efficiency — evaluating the project and analyzing its future state and market positioning. In modern conditions, the issue of evaluating effectiveness is extremely relevant, as the success of implementation largely depends on it.

According to our experience in the field of engineering services, to create a successful business, it is necessary to properly conduct the "Initiation" phase of the project. To do this, first of all, a feasibility study (FS) and/or a project business plan should be developed.

We prepare FS and business plans according to European standards (UNIDO, TACIS). PMBC is accredited by the EBRD as a developer of FS and business plans.

The goal of Project Due Diligence is to avoid or minimize entrepreneurial risks (economic, legal, tax, political, marketing) in the future that may be associated with various circumstances during project implementation.
