History
«Project-Management Business Consulting» (PMBC) was established in November 2001 by experts in project management across diverse business sectors.
Our company is rapidly expanding, delivering development and consulting projects in key sectors of Ukraine's economy, including agribusiness, industrial construction, alternative energy, infrastructure, and industrial parks.
In February 2012, the company transitioned its legal entity status from a Limited Liability Company (LLC) to a Private Enterprise.
Today, our professionals bring over 25 years of expertise in investment project management and organizational-financial consulting, 16 years in the industrial design market, and 4 years in the alternative energy sector and industrial park registration.
Key Business Areas:
- Strategic planning, preparation, and analysis of projects (Feasibility Studies, business plans, financial models).
- Structuring and raising credit financing (the state 5-7-9% program, loans from international financial institutions, equity investments).
- Design of industrial facilities of any complexity (CC1-CC3 consequence classes).
- Management of industrial projects in the agricultural sector (livestock complexes, land reclamation and irrigation systems, greenhouse facilities).
- Construction project management in alternative energy, infrastructure, and the processing industry.
- Registration of industrial parks (IP) and implementation of projects under PPP (Public-Private Partnership) conditions in accordance with the Law of Ukraine No. 4510-IX dated June 19, 2025.
